Public relations officer for TC, Tereza Ndanga was responding to performance of the recently introduced mobile phone platforms that allow farmers to access some services.

Ndanga told Maziko Radio station that utilizing these services will reduce costs that farmers incur when seeking information when the tobacco marketing season is in progress.

She also said that the company will continue engaging farmers to help reduce some challenges they experience.
